President Trump is most Welcome to India, simply because the growth of the Indian Economy in the last two decades, can be attributed to its software and semiconductor exports to USA. Not long back, the Indian economy rested wholly on its agriculture, and marine exports, and the industrial contribution was just marginal. India grew by leaps and bounds in the last two decades, and today it has a robust $2.94 Trillion economy, which is heading towards $5 Triliion economy in another 5 years.

Proposals like Boeing F-15EX, Westinghouse Nuclear reactors, Harley Davidson bikes, are generally regarded as "junk deals", which are likely to add more rust, in the long run. "Processed foods" proposal, would be a uphill battle, as India is a major agro-exporter.

India is poised to become the third largest economy by 2025. If USA is really keen on committing to "grand deals" with India, it should understand India, and do its homework.
